Terms of Service
The agreement between you and Lobby.
Effective 19 August 2026. Version 1.
Lobby is a Windows desktop app for Roblox players, provided by Lobby in Sweden ("we", "us"). By installing or using Lobby you agree to these terms. Contact: support@getlobby.cc.
1. What Lobby is
Lobby is an independent companion app. It is not made by, endorsed by, or affiliated with Roblox Corporation. "Roblox" is their trademark. Your use of Roblox itself remains governed by Roblox's own Terms of Use, and nothing here changes them.
2. Your account
You need a Roblox account to use most of Lobby. You are responsible for what happens under your account. Do not share your Lobby account, and do not use somebody else's.
You may delete your account at any time from Settings > Accounts. We may suspend or remove an account that breaks section 4, and will say why where we can.
3. Connecting your Roblox account
Some features act on Roblox as you - launching games, reading your inventory, changing your avatar, buying items. You authorise that when you sign in.
Your Roblox session cookie stays on your own computer. We never receive it. That also means we cannot recover it for you, and we cannot act on your Roblox account without the app running on your machine.
Automating a Roblox account carries risk that is not ours to control: Roblox may change its rules or its interfaces at any time. Use the features that touch Roblox at your own risk.
4. Acceptable use
Do not:
- break Roblox's Terms of Use through Lobby;
- harass, threaten or abuse other people, or send content that is illegal, hateful or sexual;
- upload malware, or content you do not have the right to share;
- attempt to break, overload, or gain unauthorised access to Lobby's servers, or work around rate limits and other controls;
- impersonate somebody else, including by misusing verification badges;
- resell or redistribute Lobby, or the paid features, without permission.
5. Your content
You keep ownership of what you post - messages, images, guild names and so on. You give us the limited permission needed to store it and show it to the people you sent it to. That is all it is used for.
You are responsible for what you post. We may remove content that breaks section 4.
6. Paid plans
Lobby Plus and Lobby Pro are optional paid subscriptions. If you subscribe:
- Prices and what each plan includes are shown in the app before you pay.
- Billing is handled by our payment provider. We do not see or store your card details.
- A subscription renews automatically each period until you cancel. You can cancel at any time and keep the features until the end of the period you have paid for.
- EU and UK right of withdrawal: you may cancel within 14 days of first subscribing for a full refund. By starting to use a paid feature within that period you agree that the service begins immediately, and the refund may be reduced in proportion to what you have used.
- Outside that, payments are non-refundable except where the law requires otherwise, or where a paid feature did not work and we could not fix it.
- We may change prices with at least 30 days' notice before your next renewal. If you do not accept the new price, cancel before it takes effect.
A paid plan does not buy Robux, Roblox items, or anything inside Roblox.
7. Buying Roblox items through Lobby
Lobby can start a purchase of a Roblox item or game pass. The purchase itself is made by Roblox, with your Robux, on Roblox's terms. We are not a party to it, we take no share of the price, and we cannot refund it - a refund request goes to Roblox.
Where the app offers to complete a purchase inside an experience, an affiliate commission may be paid by Roblox to the owner of that experience. The app tells you who that is before you buy, and the price you pay is the same either way.
8. Availability
Lobby is provided as it is. We do not promise it will always be available, or that it will work with every future version of Roblox. Features may change or be removed. We will avoid removing something people rely on without saying so in the app.
9. Liability
Nothing here limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or anything else that cannot be limited by law. Your statutory rights as a consumer are unaffected.
Otherwise, and to the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost Robux or Roblox items, loss of a Roblox account, or lost data. Our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
10. Ending it
You may stop using Lobby and delete your account at any time. We may end your access if you break these terms.
11. Law
These terms are governed by Swedish law. If you are a consumer, you keep the protection of the mandatory law of the country you live in, and you may bring proceedings there. EU consumers may also use the European Commission's online dispute resolution platform.
12. Changes
The effective date at the top changes when these terms do. Material changes are announced in the app before they take effect.
